Garage Sale Dresser & Mirror Redo

This is a dresser that I purchased years ago at a garage sale.  A beautiful spoon-carved dresser, but definitely needed some work.  I decided to paint the base of the dresser in a creamy white, and finished the top in Minwax Dark Walnut.  I heavily distressed this piece as well.  I also sprayed the original hardware using an antique bronze paint.  What do you think?

    1. Thank you so much Mary. The top is stained with Minwax Dark Walnut. The base is painted in Martha Stewart "Heavy Cream". I purchased it at Home Depot and got the eggshell finish!! Good luck with your project!
