I am still here. Still painting. Although this painting job sucks!! I decided to tackle all of the yellowed maple trim in our home. I know once it is all bright white, it will be worth it, but for now it sucks : ). I am using a lot of frog tape, liquid sander, sand paper, primer and paint. I decided to go with Sherwin Williams "Extra White" for all of the trim and molding in the house. I have talked my husband into replacing all of our short, builder-grade base molding with taller molding. So, I will be able to paint that out in the garage before it is installed.... no taping the floors and walls off!!
And, if that wasn't enough madness, I also just painted the kid's bathroom vanity with Annie Sloan's "Duck Egg". I will try and post the "After" pictures of that project soon!
